"We started building on a small lot where we were met with some big challenges. There is a gas company right-of-way on the back of the lot, a small slope that turned into a steep hill when the ground was cut away for the foundation and the house had to be made larger to meet HOA square footage requirements. These things led to a steep, ugly hill with mud flowing right up to the back door.. There was no place to put a patio. Our builder suggested we hire a good landscaper and recommended Seth Nichols at Greenscape.
Greenscape worked quickly to meet, design, propose and implement their plan. The change is remarkable. We now have a backyard with an expertly designed drainage system. The mossy boulder retaining wall is gorgeous. We have a patio! I did not know what a landscape professional could really do, until I saw the change in my muddy hill which was now a backyard.
We were so impressed that we had Greenscape install flowerbeds, trees and plants for our new home. Our new neighbors have told us how great the new yard looks.
